Spiritual Companioning
Spiritual companionship is the practice of walking alongside another with intention, helping them deepen their relationship with their true Self and the Divine. Sometimes known as Anam Cara, or "soul friendship," it is an ancient practice found across many faith traditions.
Rather than offering advice or therapy, a spiritual companion listens deeply and prayerfully, helping you notice what is emerging in your life and awaken to the Living Presence already at work within you.
Sessions are typically held monthly or less frequently, allowing space for reflection and integration between meetings.
"The soul requires duration of time . . . rich, thick, deep, velvety time . . . and it thrives on rhythm.
Soul can't be hurried or harried."
